Collection notes: 

Detailed status/condition report of the vehicle at the time we collect, along with a signature from the collection contact.

Delivery notes: 

Details of contact/client who has taken delivery of the vehicle. This includes signature as well as status/condition of vehicle on delivery.

POD's on Completion: 

You will receive an electronic POD confirming ALL the complete details of the movement of the vehicle including any images once the vehicle has been delivered. 

Evidence of expenses:

If the movement incurs any costs such as fuel, tolls etc. Customer/Client will receive pictured evidence of the receipts.

Invoice:

You will receive a transparent invoice confirming the formalities of the movement such as vehicle details, and costs.
